Today marked my one year anniversary training with Andy at LuxFit! I can not rave more about how much this has changed my life. Having a baby at 40 was a blessing but getting separated stomach muscles afterwards was downright depressing. The pregnancy weight also exacerbated my chronic neck and back pain from old injuries.

All this changed though when I started working with Andy. The rehabilitation slowly turned into workouts and then to intense training sessions once I got stronger. Now I actually live pain free! I had once accepted that I would have back and neck pain for the rest of my life. I am truly amazed that I don't! The stomach muscles have been slower to repair but we are working on it. I am so appreciative! Thank you LuxFit and thank you Andy for a tough but amazing journey to fitness!
