Weight Training Exercises, Flexibility Plan and Cardio Plan for each week.

based on your lifestyle and using flexible dieting methods.
Specific calories and suggestions for your daily intake of carbs fats and protein. You can decide what to eat within those recommendations using a super easy to use meal tracker.

Suggestions for food substitutions and portions.
Suggestions for supplements making sure you get enough essential nutrients to improve your health and workouts.
