Postural Asessment

Many people spend hours a day at a desk without realizing the physical stress they put on their bodies. There is a need to improve flexibility, posture and core strength in attempt to reduce pain, fatigue, and pulled muscles in the back and neck. Postural Assessment includes an in-depth analysis on full body posture in anterior frontal, posterior frontal and bilateral sagittal views. Individual postural muscles are tested for activation and inhibition patterns to determine specific muscles that either needs to be lengthened and/or strengthened.

Musculoskeletal Active and Passive Range of Motion

Muscles length and its ability to activate optimally at certain elongated position can determine if a potential injury may occur. Our Musculoskeletal Active and Passive Range of Motion examines the most common muscles that can cause restrictive movements in every day activities.

Athletic Taping

Designed to reduce pain and inflammation in muscles and joints and relax overused muscles with chronic spasms. Taping affected areas promotes blood flow and provides a non restrictive support and stability to joints and muscles without affecting circulation and range and motion so you may move around with ease and comfort. Kinesiology taping is becoming increasingly popular in healing sports injuries and other common problems such as golfers elbow, plantar fasciitis, swollen ankles and rotator cuff problems.
